Transportation Information

Orders are processed as soon as possible upon receipt and are sent to you by express courier companies .

If you are in the area, you can opt for the method of personal collection of the package from our warehouse.

The cost of delivery includes the cost of processing and packaging, as well as postage costs. The cost of transport may vary depending on the total weight of the package and the value of the refund. We advise you to group all your items into one order.

The value of the transport will be borne by the buyer. Delivery risks are your responsibility, but we take special measures to protect fragile items.

FRAGILE products

In the case of FRAGILE products delivered by courier, an additional cost will be applied representing the insurance of the shipment, so please contact us before choosing such products.

Delivery risks are your responsibility, but we take special measures to protect fragile items. The boxes are generously sized and your items are well protected.

When you notice any damage on the package (visible on the outside) or hear a strange noise, please ask the courier company's agent to draw up a report and send us by e-mail with the proving pictures. Thus, after completing the compensation process (granted by the courier company), at your next order we can offer you the same product again (depending on the available stock) or you will be given a discount on the value of the damaged product.

Return Information

All products sold by the seller comply with the national legal provisions in force regarding the quality of the product.

The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product / products, without penalties and without invoking any reason.

In this case, the direct costs of returning the products will fall, according to the law, to the Client. The customer has the obligation to notify the seller in writing by email (affiched on the Contact section of the site) regarding his intention to return the products.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (without signs of wear, scratches, mechanical shocks, etc.), in the original packaging and together with the copz of documents that came with it.

Products that show physical modifications, blows, shards, scratches, shocks, traces of use and / or unauthorized interventions, etc. are not accepted for return.

The delivery to the seller of the returned products will be made by the same method by which their initial delivery was made, with their insurance during the transport period and on the exclusive cost of the buyer.

The equivalent value of the products can be used for other online orders, or it will be returned within 14 days from the return date, by bank transfer. Refund costs will be supported by the buyer. Transport and freight insurance costs will not be refunded.

The products sold by the seller are NOT available to children!

Electric Appliances

The guarantee for the average duration of the products of 24 months for persons, respectively 12 months for legal entities (companies), will be mentioned on the fiscal invoice, together with the serial numbers of the devices.

In case of need for a warranty repair, the product will be presented to the supplier in the packaging corresponding to the series of the displayed device. The transport to the seller's warehouse will be on the exclusive cost of the buyer.

Hamilton Beach HBB908 and HBB250-RIO blenders are designed to be used ONLY with crushed ice and are NOT recommended for commercial use!

We also sell spare parts for daily wear that are not covered by the warranty, such as: clutch repair kit, knife repair kit, spare head for citrus juicers, polycarbonate and metal containers, etc.

Metal or plastic products

Cleaning these products can be done with warm water with liquid detergent (solid detergent or powder, can scratch the surface of the products).

After washing, they must be wiped with a dry cloth to avoid oxidation.

Damage due to misuse of the product or even mechanical / thermal / chemical shocks will void the warranty.

Using FLAIR Bottles and Shakers 

Because the products are intended for airborne and free-fall drills, they may come into contact with the ground.

Use protective equipment!

Recommended, the product should be used above a ground covered with a special carpet layer, called "rubber bar mat" that has the dimensions of AT LEAST 150 x 90 cm, height 1 cm, to ensure the avoidance of impact, the object with the ground.

Glass products

Cleaning these products can be done with warm water with liquid detergent (solid detergent or powder, can scratch the surface of the products).After washing, they should be wiped with a dry cloth or left to drip, face down.

Fragile products will be shipped with shipping insurance (extra costs).

CHECK THE RECEIVED  PACKAGE !!!

If there are signs of damage or - in the case of fragile objects - a strange noise is heard, please ask the courier to draw up a report, which - together with pictures proving the incident - send us by email (contact section on the site)

Thus, the next products will be sent to your next order OR their value will be deducted from the value of the next order.

ATTENTION !!!
After the courier leaves, later you will not have the opportunity to draw up the report on the basis of which to receive compensation !!!

Packaging Management

Packaging waste is collected in containers inscribed with the name of the material for which they are intended and manufactured or inscribed accordingly in the colors:

  • - BLUE: packaging waste of paper and cardboard,
  • - YELLOW: plastic packaging waste,
  • - GREEN: glass packaging waste,
  • - GREY: residual and metallic waste,
  • - BROWN: BIOdegradable waste.
