Semiramis - INDIA...
Indian coffee has similar characteristics to Indonesian coffee, especially with Arabica Java.
It has a full body, but with an acidity similar to a quality coffee from Guatemala.
The spicy and fine aromas of India coffee include notes of nutmeg, cloves, pepper and possibly hints of tropical fruit.
The cultivation of this quality coffee is done in the Bababudangiri mountains in the Chikkamagaluru district, about 1400 meters above sea level.
