The scale comes with different brewing modes, each with settings that make espresso and pour-over brewing more efficient and easier to achieve.
► Auto 1: fully automatic espresso mode. When a cup is placed on the scale, the weight is tare and the timer starts counting automatically.
► Auto 2: Semi-automatic espresso mode. When a cup is placed on the scale, the weight is tare, but the timer must be started manually. When a cup is removed, time and weight return to zero.
► Auto 3: Alternative semi-automatic espresso mode. When a cup is placed on the scale, the weight is tare.
► Auto 4: fully automatic alternative espresso mode. When a cup is placed on the scale, the weight is tare. When the scale detects the first drops of espresso, the timer starts automatically,
► Manual 1: Auto casting mode. When the brewing vessel is placed on the scale, the weight is tare. When coffee is added, the weight is tare after 3 seconds.
► Manual 2: Manual casting mode. Start the timer and tare the scale when necessary.
