"Puck Screen" is a perfect tool for espresso lovers.

It's a small circular metal mesh that sits inside a portafilter on top of the ground coffee when you pull a shot of espresso.

Its main function is to help with an even extraction by evenly distributing the water over the bed of compact coffee in the portafilter.
